Anxiety and depression are like brother and sister. They often go hand in hand with one another. Sometimes a person can experience them together and sometime they alternate in a cycle of anxiety and depression.
Alcoholism and drug addiction are highly destructive to the person using drugs and alcohol, but it is also destructive to family members and those that depend on him or her.
We have over 20 years experience working with adolescents and their families. We enjoy supporting teenagers as they go through their developmental process ofbecoming adults.
Many young adults struggle with depression, anxiety and low self- confidence as they try to navigate their many decisions and choices they will encounter on their road to adulthood.
